Note for Authors

Paper presenters must be registered for the conference by June 16 2008. Papers with unregistered presenters will not be published and the paper will be removed from all conference related materials.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations must be received before the cancellation date in order to be entitled to a partial refund. There is a US$175 handeling fee for all granted cancellations. Any cancellations received after the cancellation date will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
