Mr. Walker received his B.S. from Mississippi State University in 1988 and M.S. in 2006 both in Aerospace Engineering. He went on to work in C-17 Flight Test at McDonnell Douglas in the early 90s and later in the research, development, test and evaluation of a composite quasi-constant speed propeller and composite aircraft trainer at Global Aircraft. He advises the Student UAS Team and serves as Test Conductor at the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory.
